Fill the Preferred Table Name column with your Square table names, then drop it below.

How it works & the rule
  • Reads the Preferred Table Name column and writes the resolved id into ID and TableID. Every other column is left exactly as-is.
  • Normal — letters/numbers with single spaces → plain id, spaces become _ (Terrace 1 → Terrace_1).
  • Encoded — brackets, commas, apostrophes or double spaces → enc_ + base62 of the exact name (Booth 1 (S1) → enc_QjsyCwr7SeizJjuj).
  • Copy the name exactly from the Square floor plan — every space, bracket and capital. A mismatch means the QR won't find the bill.
  • Using Excel? Save it as CSV first.

Encoded IDs only fetch bills once the Square worker's enc_ decoding is live (PW-3969).
